Especially in an arena environment, when horde teams will play other horde teams, letting some people use BoA helms while others won't have access to them is hardly fair. Of course you could change the rules each time per match and include a handicap system, or you could simply not use them, which would be what the vast majority of 20s would be doing anyway, since they can't get them, even if they wanted to.



Anyway, if we ever find a BiS horde warrior (possible now with DMF) it should be easy to see just how similar the stats end up being. The problem with Chardev is that it never quite gives you the stats that actually appear in the game.

Of course you could change the rules each time per match and include a handicap system, or you could simply not use them, which would be what the vast majority of 20s would be doing anyway, since they can't get them, even if they wanted to.
