Control lava is dope too if they have a healer heavy team!

I've been looking at people's armories for a bit and have tried to get the leg enchant for my hunter the +3agility and +2 crit but can't seem to find where to get them.

I've looked on wowhead and can't seem to find them are they grandfathered? Can someone guide me in the right direction if I'm wrong. Thanks. Do I need leatherworking?

I'm rather new as well I'm looking at your guys armories and I'm wondering how you get that +5 primary stats to the clock. I've looked on wowhead and could not find it. I also looked on the AH none to be found in enchanted scroll form. Not sure what info I'm missing here. I'm guessing it has something to do with shadowlands but then again wowhead doesn't show it.

From wotlk: Minor power or from tbc: pvp power, take your pick.
