Oh boy, behold my meme-ish but working builds. They are not BiS in general sense, i think, but they are BiS ideawise as a build for specific playstyle.

HI! i am currently making a DH level 20 twink. just need a couple more pieces of gear. my only question is where are people getting the leg enchants at level 20? can't find anything on it
