I use Fist of Stone and Disc of Indomitable Will. Armoury wasnt updated.

If "Accord of X" enchant was put on a ring before the change it still seems to display as +4 regardless of whether they've logged in.
But Accord no longer gives any stats at this level even on old heirloom rings so yeah, +1 is the only option afaik.
