f2p rules

my only rule is if you roll a scum class and I can farm you- I will try to do it

Also same goes to premaders shouting that when I premade its wrong but when they do its fine

I don't think there is anything wrong with GY farming aslong as you do it to just get a fast win. (And not to keep the score at 0-2 just for hk's)

as much as I dislike farming to say its on a level of bullying is just pathetic, I mean come on its someone killing your pixel... if you can't take that you are a very weak person mentally lol. prob best just uninstalling game and playing super mario or something if you can't take being killed repeatedly on a game.
 
Most people don't farm to bully you, most people who do farm are not mean, sadistic, evil beings as some may think. Most farmers like to farm because, they always have been farming ever since back in TBC, thats just what they do. Some farmers like to farm to rack up honor for the whole duration because they think it is the fastest way to get honor. Some farmers farm for an "ego boost", and some farm to top the scoreboards. I do not approve or disapprove of farming in a video game, I personally have never farmed in this bracket before, but, I don't think anyone should be shunned over how they play.

To me all this shunning bull ish is just making me face palm.

I have yet to see one example or point made by anyone who is defending farming in all these posts/threads that I have been able to take seriously... That's because there isn't a example or point to defend. It's a pathetic excuse to try and inflate a made up ego against a defenseless team/person, period.


Mine as well contribute my rules instead of picking apart random points...


Play objectively meaning passing mid derps or what not to get on O/EFC asap
Get attention off your healers/FCers by any means
Never farm and always show atleast that minimum amount of respect for your opponent
Take a loss even if it ruins your "ratios"
Don't stack your odds or make sure you know it'll be a faceroll before you even enter. Let the other team have atleast a chance
Most importantly, give it your all and make the biggest difference in a game that you can... 1 person CAN completely carry a team
 
In future joining the /f2ptwink channel on Aerie Peak - US will not be possible without first accepting the following rules (and those not running the addon may be removed from the channel):

  1. /f2ptwink is to be a channel for f2ps, run by f2ps. Owning a p2p in this channel will not confer any special priviledges to that p2p. Any p2ps who are channel members will be expected to play 20-24 bracket BGs under the same level and stat carrying gear restrictions as a purely f2p character (that is an f2p with no assistance from other accounts, outside of that possible through entering the LFG or BG queues).
  2. As a member of the channel you will be expected to play honorably and fairly, as you will be representing not only yourself but the channel and community as a whole. If anyone points out AP-US players for bad or unsporting behaviour, it should be those we can say are not a part of this community.
    • Play for objectives, and not achievements, honor or stats.
    • No emote spamming.
    • If you can cap, do so. No flag holding.
    • No graveyard farming. This is defined as killing players as they spawn. If the enemy team is to be contained within their own GY, then it is to be done from the road on one side, and a similar distance on the others, so that there can be no confusion between containment and farming.
  3. Premading as or with a 24 is to be restricted to one 24 and one f2p per BG, and is not to be done on a long term basis. This is to allow a 24 to join in with a friend who plays an f2p, while the 24 transitions to playing on an f2p of their own, or a 20 with restricted gear. Running big premades with 24s makes the whole community look bad.
  4. For a similar reason simulqueueing with large groups should be avoided. If players wish to be selective about who they premade with, they should restrict themselves to a group of half the team size for the smallest battleground they are queueing for. If they wish to premade with more players then the group must be open to all. 10/15 man groups full of experienced and well geared players are discouraged as they give a significant advantage over f2p players from other realms. This rule may be relaxed on CTA weekends, as comparable premades from other realms, including those containing 24s, are more likely at those times.
  5. While language in the channel will not be required to be PG13, use of any language deemed offensive or discriminatory on the grounds of race, sex, sexuality, or disabilty will be subject to warnings and possible bans if persistent.
  6. Similarly, persistent trolling, otherwise creating drama in the channel, or persistently showing disrespect towards other players or channel members, will be subject to warnings and bans.
  7. There is to be no running of addons that interfere with the normal functioning of those of other players, who are using the current, official version of F2PAddon available from curse.com

If you can't accept the rules of the /f2ptwink chat channel, then you are free to leave. There is nothing preventing you from creating a channel with rules of your own choosing.
 
[MENTION=7838]Yasueh[/MENTION] just because you made the f2paddon does not mean you should be able to control a realm. (Sure not real control since it's just a channel, but it still restricts players from talking)

And besides, I think most of your rules are incorrect and just stupid.

This subject is really about common sense and majority and urself as human being.


Choosing "right rules" is like choosing president, many may not agree but the majority wins.
or for gy farming is like respect, if u want it, u got to give it.

was gona make a post to contradict what yasueh said but realize i couldnt give a fuck. leech blizz resources and moan about 24s/p2p, at the end of the day its so unproductive, when all you have do to is sub (i.e do something about it) other than moan and dripple on about "Free bracket". Free bracket in itself should be nuff to say "ok hold on im playing wow for free" appreciate it.

feel free to disagree whatever or even suggest im trolling, but logic > f2p.
