I have noticed something about stored experience on one of my Starter Edition characters:

Used to be capped at 10 stored levels.

If you re-sub and log on does it auto-level you? Or how does it work?

Not at all willing to sub on my Starter Edition account to find out. Never have. Never will. But I think I remember @ohti saying that if you lock XP before subbing, it doesn't level you (effectively eliminating the stored levels).
