Emil's Brand is still available, it's just the old unscaled version that's grandfathered. The ilvl was nerfed when zone scaling was introduced

I have noticed something about stored experience on one of my Starter Edition characters:

Used to be capped at 10 stored levels.

Was it banking a flat value of stored XP? If so, it may be enough to get the extra level after the recent leveling changes.

edit- as in... say it took 300,000 xp to get 10 levels before but now that 300,000 is worth 11 levels. Still 300,000 xp.

Yes, still usable by 20's
Stormwind's new portal room still only allows us access to Exodar portal

I'm curious if https://www.wowhead.com/item=156959/emils-staff was available before the scaling update. I have not seen any Feral Druids, Survival Hunters, or BM Monks running around with item level 32 version of that staff.

To be fair, I have enough fingers to count all the pallies and warriors Ive seen with the sword and still hold my beer.

it was never there before that. it was added with 7.3.5. the same patch brought scaling.
only ring, cloth shoulder / plate belt (*mail way before) and sword was i32 from ashenvale.
