F2P name change!

yeah im curious as the only way i knew is making a character with same name on another server and then transfering to that server but that doesnt work for f2p as you cant server change

but you can delete your character.

delete your character, have someone make a new character with the name that you had, then open a ticket and ask to get the character restored. since the name will be taken, the gm will give you a free name change

Yeah dont know who the hater is but I'll state this for the countless people who don't know the history of AP whatsoever because they only showed up recently and probably have yet to get their bearings.

Thirk's been here since the beginning of the F2P community on AP and has always been about pushing the limits of what we can accomplish as twinks. In other words he's good people and he knows what he's doing. So to the English chap with the shark signature why don't you sod off. Here we have somebody offering something unique for the sake of the community. Theres no obligation if youre not interested.

This is not about hate. You may not account share. This is against the ToC. He is always looking for ways to abuse flaws in the wow mechanic and again this is against the ToC. He even tries to scam people to pay him money for him doing this trick while it doesn't cost any money to do at all, pathetic. This has nothing to do with the person he is in real life. I actually thought he was a nice person but the things he does i don't like at all because it looks like he is pushing the limits but actually goes over the limits.

Another thing is that i probably even know more about the AP history then anyone here. Why you might ask? because i was the first. If i wasn't there, there wouldn't have been an AP community in the first place. So pay a little respect and no i'm not an English chap boy.

No. I've done it successfully many many times. This isn't a GM fraud like my many other exploits.

It is an exploit, you delete your toon on purpose, create another toon with the same name then contact a gm to restore your deleted toon and whoops there is another with the same name and get a forced name change wich is there for people who transfer realms and stumble on a same name they have.

This thing is not in wow for abuse like this. It is exploiting the system and goes also against the ToC because you do it with the intention to name change. There is a service for that in wow, they didn't create that for the fun of it.

never thought about doing it that way but is it 100% fail safe because i dont wanna end up deleting my character and then hearing from a gm no we cant do that

A gm will never tell you they can't restore your character unless it's been like 6 months (not 100% sure on how long) or you don't have enough character space to get it restored.

don't think anybody would care enough to have their name changed though lol. My name is terrible but i'ts just a toon name doesn't really mean anything.
