    Yes you need to keep Panda Engineering to use the Glider but it only requires level 1 once attached so you can drop and pick back up if needed.

    Another way to get obsidium ore is by fishing the debris pools în cata zones for crates... There is a chance to get obsidium ore from them. Also, Tol Barad is a great spot for elementium farming, you just need to find a kind mage to open a portal for you (this works for ally only, the horde tol barad portal spell has some sort of wierd bug, it has a level requirement to click it).

    To be fair that was a VERY early guide of mine, but I thought I mentioned that you shouldn't drop it.
    I plan to redo most of the engineering guide I made eventually

    A kind of fun perk with keeping Draenor Engineering (1) useful with the Garrison Engineering building work orders you can make as well as summon a Blingtron 5000 and if you keep engineering for the tinks like the Golbin Glider you may as well get Draenor Engineering (1) too.

    I've spent hours farming windwool cloth and ghost iron on my f2p. And when it's time for Tinker's Kit find out i need Gyromatic Micro-Adjustor (175 classic engi) to get over skill 25 in pandaria engi... Sigh

    Use the garrison engi huts first quest to get the gearspring parts and craft the gnomish knife :)
