It's not broken it scales to level and it's from invasion event from pre patch of legion

You should report him for not using a wand

Nope, all those items you saved for Level 100, now have a Level 100 Character requirement.

Nope, all those items you saved for Level 100, now have a Level 100 Character requirement.

Green Items would not. The quest items remain the same. You would only get the requirement lock on tmog

What you mean with "Profit"? You may dont see it when you wear the legion gear.
But when you type the gear in the chat you will see "Requires level xx" on it.
The "Required level xx" is hiden in the tooltip when you are the same level or higher.

The 'requires level xx' shows in red when you can't equip it
And the 'requires level xx' will only show when you type it in chat and click on it

Except @Blackout specifically said Legion Invasion Gear, which would 100% have a Level 100 requirement the moment you open those Chests, even if you DID get deleved.
