Tournament Schedule:
Sign Ups to be held August 10th - 21st, 12 PM EST.
Teams will have 21st to 31st to schedule their Round 1 BO3's on their own accord.
Scheduled SemiFinals, 3rd Place Match + Final's will be at a Scheduled time and will be Live Streamed and Casted by og_jeffery @ https://www.twitch.tv/og_jeffery !
Tournament Format:
Tournament Will Aim for 8 Teams, Single Elimination. With Round 1 Being BO3's and the latter rounds (Semi/Finals/3rd Place Match-Up) = All BO5. This also will be Exclusive to Twink's on MANKRIK for this first event.
Rules:
Sign-Ups - Team Leaders must follow proper signup instructions, signing up via here: https://forms.gle/Y3E64uFj885fE56s7 google form. Too keep Comps/Classes anonymous.
[ Once 8 team have signed up, I will have a short schedule stream where I will manually add each TEAM NAME into Challonge Bracket and will Randomly Shuffle it 3 Times.]

Team Substitute Class + TWINK name (Having A Sub Is Not Required)
*Substitutes can sub in at any point during a series, but can not be a SWAP out! So for example, if you decide you want to use your Sub at Start of a BO5 Series, they must finish that entire Series. Another example, if you win 2 of first games in a BO5 and opposing team swaps in their Sub, and you decide to do the same. Then preceded to lose the next 2, you must finish the BO5 WITH your subs.
Limitations:
You can't drink any potions (flasks and elixirs included)! *Also means no World Buffs or Outside Buffs from Classes from the 3 you're running in the series!
Any skill with a cooldown of 10 minutes or greater cannot be used! (Lay on Hands, SoulStone etc) *Desperate Prayer will be allowed!
No Explosives!
Arena Grand Master Trinket will be banned for the sake of more balanced/quality games.
Minor Recombobulator will be banned.
Bandages will be ALLOWED!
Level 15 Food/Water allowed Only.
No Feathered Arrows/Explosive Shots.
Shoulder Enchants ie ZG, are Banned.
[ To make it simple, the only thing allowed is Bandages, LV 15 Food/Water, and your PVP Trinket. AGM Use itself is Banned, though if you have it you're allowed to equip it for the 1% Dodge. ] *Warlock Healthstones are fine if you're running a Lock ]
Team Compositions:
- - Max One Healer
- - Max One ''Hybrid'' (Class that DPS but can off heal, ie Paladin/Shaman/Druid)
- (This limits for teams to running such comps as Priest/Paladin/Druid etc, and forces teams to have a more balanced comps and opens the pool for more healers available for the tournament and encourage more DPS oriented Comps for more exciting matches)
Teams are required to Contact Me and let me know the time they have scheduled their Round 1 games, so I can make it and ''Referee it'' or another Event Coordinator. Bracket will be randomly shuffled via Challonge Bracket on a Live Stream once 8 Teams have Signed Up and paid their Entry Fee.
Rogues are allowed to Stealth up 5 Yards ahead of their teammates before the '' 3 Countdown '' to initiate the start of the round. Teams will switch sides after each game. So IE. Team A Starts outside by GY for Game 1 of BO3, they will start Tun for Game 2. Teams Will ONLY have 3 Minutes in between Games to discuss strategy / get ready.
Disconnections*: If a Member ''DC's'' During a Game in the Series, the Results will still be Scored.
If the DC happens before the Game Begins teams have Option of Waiting 5 Minutes for player to reconnect or Using their Sub. If Player doesn't Reconnect after the 5 Minutes, the team will Forfeit that Game in the Series. (So Choose Wisely, this is to avoid team/players from ''DC'ing'' to stall for CD's for 3-5 Minutes etc. So If it truly is a DC it shouldn't take no Longer then 5 Minutes to Reconnect regardless.
Rez's + Avoiding Downtime: Also to help Avoid Downtime of stalling CD's or to keep the tournament at a good pace, Players are allowed to wait before releasing Corpse if waiting for a Rez or Want to view the fight and make Call Outs. BUT after the Game / Opposing team is dead, those players must release the corpse and instantly start running back. If you're on Alliance side of the map and running back you Will have a Minute to Run back to the Horde side of the Map.
Remember Teams already have 3 Minutes before each game in a Series to discuss Strats but if a team is ready sooner then you're required to let me know.

If a Player is feared out of bounds, they are required to run back immediately into the boundaries marked. Opposing teams ranged DPS are ONLY able to poke the player out of bounds once the fear is down ie they are running back into the zone. (Warlock's you can not apply another fear to a player already out of bounds).
If you go out of bounds during a fight by ''mistake'' you will have 5 Seconds to come back over the line. You will not be able to try and eat or drink or cast a bandage out of bounds. Players caught trying to do so, along with Casters/Range DPS trying to Heal or DPS out of boundaries will cost the Game being played in their Series.
Entry Fee = 150 Gold, ( 50 Per Player Ideally ) Everything goes into the Prize Pool for a 50%/35%/15% Prize Split for 1st, 2nd and 3rd Place.
Team leaders Must send the Entry fee too, ''bankbha'' ( Alliance Bank ) or ''bankbb'' ( Horde Bank )
Be sure to add a note in the mail with your team name so I know who the Entry Fee is for!
