One question, what happens when someone gets feared outside the boundaries? Are they allowed to LOS while they make their way back, or do they have to run straight back into "in-bounds?"

Run back into boundaries, they can't cast heals or try bandage out of bounds.

Got it, I agree on the bandaging part.

Though, is the opposing team allowed to attack them while they are out of bounds? I can see someone getting feared out of bounds while at low health. Is the person that is out of bounds really expected not to heal themselves (assuming they're a healer) for the few seconds it takes to get back in bounds while they could be taking on dmg that could kill them?

I know it's a fringe case, but i'm curious as to what the ruling would be

If a Player is feared out of bounds, they are required to run back immediately into the boundaries marked. Opposing teams ranged DPS are ONLY able to poke the player out of bounds once the fear is down ie they are running back into the zone. (Warlock's you can not apply another fear to a player already out of bounds).

If you go out of bounds during a fight by ''mistake'' you will have 5 Seconds to come back over the line. You will not be able to try and eat or drink or cast a bandage out of bounds. Players caught trying to do so, along with Casters/Range DPS trying to Heal or DPS out of boundaries will cost the Game being played in their Series.''

i just wanna say this tourny sucks dick. its really poorly thought out and put together. the idea behind it i support. the actual carrying out and hosting/organizing the event is dogshit. thats why i chose not to play in it. huge swing and a miss. the idea and what not is great for sure, i fully support that, just not the way shit has been and is gonna continue to be. with the rules and boundaries where they are it was obvious whats happened was gonna happen.

I think tournaments like this are great for the community. Fuck the haters Bowner, you keep organizing. If someone doesn't want to participate no big deal, there are plenty of people interested in stuff like this. Setting up something like this doesn't at all impact people that don't want to play in it.

Also, that was a very interesting watch with Spacebar vs CWS. Good game!

more so you couldnt partipcate cause your a drug addict who got arrested and had to go to jail more like it. Also this is coming from someone who is a member of btne that a guild that decided too not take part in the event. I know what some of the issues to fix for next event but your really just hating. All round 1 games have gone good and smooth besides maybe some mishaps in new yorkers cws game but our team reviews vods even after the game or results to ensuring were watching for boundaries. Im on mobile so cant chat match.

Everyone will be the first to tell you what you're doing "wrong" but will never actually step up and do it themselves/make constructive suggestions.

+1 from <can we stop> POV and I'm also excited for the future with what ideas you've talked to me about in disc DMs.

Ty, Fortitude our ref for the tournament actually went and review vod for 'boundaries rules/infractions' and the only real thing was Kashi drinking / running out of bounds and Dispel perhaps lurking outbounds for few seconds but didn't see anything cast. The bandage from Kashi was just on the boundaries Fort claims and was one infraction on NY from warriors charge out of bounds.

Edit: @Falaris Not really it's pretty accurate/has merit. You wouldn't know I'd imagine since your more intuned with 29's Bracket. And @Realek Tarantino What is that S/S meant to show me that you're still trying to give me some props I can careless and stick by what I said cause I've said it in the past about you. I know people like you in IRL, all the same.
