Intro



Hello everyone, level 1 extraordinaire here, Ego, bringing you a level 1's boss table. These bosses range from easy to hard, from elite to rare, and all serve one purpose; to challenge the power of a level 1 :).



I know not all of these bosses are as hard as some, but some of the easier ones would be fun to try and solo / two-man :).



If you have any suggestions or comments feel free to post them, constructive criticism only :). I will be updating this as I find more, fight some of these bosses myself, and give a review of how hard they were and how many people were with me. If your lucky I may even make a few videos ;D.

Hey ego - I would love to take part in some of these fights if you are planning any - I love my level 1 pally, I just haven't been on much cause ive been soo busy >< Trying to cut back my play time cause im way too fucking addicted, and its ruining my life - ive been working/grade 12, and ive been running 80 arenas with a friend and really enjoying them xD lol

Takk the leaper now gives 100% drop rate for Leaper hatchling, aka 800-2k extra gold lol xD, also i wanted to say that my friends (2) and i were scouting around westfall looking for rares (this is with our custom level 5 twinks lol nothing special =P) and found the robot guy 2000 and beat him kinda easy was rogue x2 and a pala healz

Remember there's a huge difference between rare ELITEs and rare SPAWNS. The guy you killed was a rare spawn. So yes it should've been kinda easy to 3 man him;). Just wanted to let you know that rare ELTIES are as hard as elites, rare spawns however are just as hard as any regular mob, just looks more spectacular + more spectacular loot. Well they might have an ability more than regular mobs though.
 
Ohhhh ok lol, didn't know that =P i went off of what the little tips u get when ur loading screen appears lol, it said that mobs with a silver dragon around its head are rare elite monsters =P

how come hogger has gone from 40 man raid of old into a soloable raid boss ?

What's the biggest boss you raided ?

How much man was it ?

Is it true that warlocks back in TBC could summon Doomguard and level 1 were raiding it ?
 
People 40 manned hogger with characters they made 10minutes before they went raiding. People have soloed hogger for a while, but that was back in the days when you could get 80-100+++ dodge chance. I think I'm the first one to solo hogger since 2.4.3 I assume? I'm pretty sure I'm the first solo him since the WotLK patch at least. That's the most recent dodge nerf I believe.



Highest lvl I've attempted to kill was lvl 30 elite. Taskmaster Fizzule. 7.6k hp. We got him to 6k with 12 men, shaman healer agroed (fail), he got zerged, then he zerged me (i was healing as well) and then røsk which had no other healers and the rest of the group died. Then later we tried to 4 man him. With me as a tank, a healtank, 1 off healer and 2 DPS. Bøgadin isn't made for tanking, no first aid (røsk started 1st aiding me midways into the fight though), I have rank 1 lifeblood and also no AGMs and my 30 SP sword was on my mage, so we wiped at 499 hp-.-. It's easier to fight bosses with fewer people usually as it's easier to pull off better tactics that dps spamming. We tried to 14 man him later, think we got him to 7k, was a horrible raid.



No I don't believe anyone every managed to kill Doomguard and I doubt many attempted it. It's just something I guess Thirk came up with (think he wrote it) as the ultimate challenge, but I don't think you'll be able to hit him, even with 35 hit rating.

thanks for answering, good read there, nice stories. so level 30 elites for level 1 is pretty much the hardest raids one can do huh. it still is great to hear level 1 goes against such elites.



as for the doomguard, i asked, but i was quite sure it was a hoax to start with since i couldn'T find any videos on youtube. but thanks for clearing that up.
