Look at how much stamina Gormok's band is giving. I guess it is intended :thonk: Btw its so huge that they even deleted strength from it

Not sure what you're getting at but I wasn't saying this one is intended. I was saying the other ones were.

This one clearly ain't because there's no other stat that's particularly high. Negative stats only happen when there's another stat that's incredibly high, to compensate.

thru the squishes blizz made changes on rings and necklaces in most remaining van wow (retail) content, removed primary stats but they always buffed them up like in stam, crit/haste, and versa. appears they may be removing primary stats off rings in BC thru WOD expacs. this makes rings usable by all classes

speaking of squishing to negative, think it was in WOD it was discovered alot of +1, and in some cases higher were 0 on our F2Ps. i did a gm ticket, actually got to type talk to the GM, he said he had to ask somebody on this issue, asked if i could wait. came back on, said on the first squish at end of MOP, the enchants i was asking about req level 30+ before they go active. he said i would be better off using higher enchants. told him makes no sense that starter beginner enchants can't be used, yet can use crusader, landslide, DS etc. he told me nothing he can do, i would need to address the issue on the forums. legion came out with templates, i did not bother

Game Masters are customer support and don't even work in the same office, or even in the same country as the actual developers. They're beyond useless when it comes to most information and over half the time they just refer you to WoWhead.
 
Can some1 with beta acces test the scalling of crafted items with relic of the past? Dosent matter the proffesion, just want to see if they did anything yet to the ilvl for relic I and relic II....
 
New beta build up. Scaling is changed again.

ilv25 green boe weapons =ilv42
ilv28s green boes = ilv50
ilv25 dungeon = ilv60
Ilv28 mop helms =ilv55
Ilv44 necks = not scaled! Currently a nerf over available gear.
Ilv59 helm/shoulder/chest = not scaled! Currently a nerf over available gear.

blade of eternal darkness/circle of flame (dungeon epics)= ilv86

BG crate blues = ilv60!!

Edit 1: At this point dungeon gear is the best possible gear for a level 20. Beating out all grandfathered and “clever mechanics” pieces.

Edit 2: upon Further look, it appears that items that were off the scaling algorithm received no changes and are now possibly worse. This includes the necks, helms and ilv28 vanilla era unscaled drops. Perhaps gfd destinies and skullflames (not farmed from zazzys recent discovery) are now obsolete?

Crafted gear (not freshly crafted) did not scale. My necklace of the deep remained at ilv19 post scaling change.

heirloom items aren’t scaling at all.

I’ve already opened up bug reports for all Unscaled gear.

Waycrest/underrot still require level 25.

looks like bfa socket/tert dungeon drops are the current king. I know what I’m farming starting now.

looks like the cutoff for old world enchants is ilv50. So for any weapons at least it might be prudent to enchant any dungeon gear now.
