Last bump of this thread, my loot luck improved over the 2nd half of the week and atleast got a few of the cata weapons to test
Wanted to get them tested before tomorrow.
I'm assuming by time I get off work tomorrow this entire thread will be obsolete.

I'm interested to see what happens, will I be bummed if all my gear goes to shit? Sure but it is what it is.

So far it looks like already acquired gear remained the same but future time walking gear will be at lower item level. Dungeon guide shows ilvl43 vs ilvl60, for example, which is still better than regular dungeon drops (not the case for lvl 20 twinks though where time walking gear appears to have lower ilvl than regular dungeon drops).

Wellp, glad I farmed them when I did. Missing a few points to all stats in every piece of gear won't even feel like the same toon.

This is based off dungeon journal or where are you seeing the ilvl 43 at sorry not on a PC I can log into the game right now.

This is based off the in-game Adventure Guide.

I'm not too worried about new TW drops being lower because I went balls out farming as much of it as I could, and most existing twinks wont care either because most of our gear isnt TW gear.

But for new 11s this suuuuuucks for them.

Just did time walking dungeons just now with my lvl11 fury twink . Confirmed weapons are ilvl 43 now.

Dont have 2 ILVL 43 weapons to test but I am going to assume the ILVL 30 version of hatebringer will be BiS for any twink who hadnt already farmed ILVL 60 weapons.

I’m aware this thread is about testing 2-handers for lvl 11 fury warriors, but for (fun and) the sake of comparison with lvl 10 fury warriors, I did a 5-minutes test on the 4 target dummies in Boralus with my lvl 10 fury warrior Dudili equipped with two TW 1-handers, The Bladefist (ilvl 56) and Flurry Axe (ilvl 51). Both weapons have haste procs instead of secondary stats:

As can be seen from the stats-pane below, my warrior is haste-optimized, so other optimizations might end up somewhat differently from this test.

Result
DPS fully geared: 594 dps
DPS Weapons only: 234 dps

I think the 594 dps fully geared was due to some lucky procs from trinkets and weapons, as the subsequent tests only ended up around 570-74 dps. But still, it shows, I guess(?), that a 1-handed fury warrior at lvl 10 should be able to do approximately the same dps as a lvl 11 fury warrior equipped with 2-handers.

Great data.
One big difference though is warriors like a lot of classes got a big damage boost at the start of the new season.
I've just been too lazy to retest one of the pairs Id tested previously to compare the results.
