Originally tried this test a week ago but @Autofail pointed out the target dummies were too spaced out.
@Katmandu pointed out theres a group of 4 target dummies right on top of each other in Boralus @ 63.9 23.10 which are the dummies I used.

I ran the tests will all gear except the weapons taken off, and then did them again with all of my gear equipped.
I did not re-gem or re-enchant to min max stats because I do not have a million gold.
Each test run was for 5 minutes. Does anything we fight take 5 minutes? No. But I figured 5 minutes takes RNG out of the equation.
You'll notice my ILVL is pretty low. I pretty much only use TW gear if its a slot I cant find sockets for at a lower level.
Also to be clear I have kept the same gear from the initial test in my bags so the only change from 1 test to the next is the weapon.

Anything tested with runeblade is either because its unique equipped and you can only equip 1, OR, I only had 1 when it was tested.

Update January 20th: Added 10 weapon tests
Update February 18th: Added 8 weapon tests
Update February 18th: I've been doing 6 screenshots to show results when everything fits in 2.... So yeah 2 going forward.
Update February 24th: Added 3 more weapons before the reset. If ILVLs get changed with tomorrows reset virtually all the data here will be obsolete.

Only have 1 hatebringer right now but when I get a 2nd Ill run the test. not sure what ideal gems would be, pretty much doing all STR at this point and dont plan on re-gemming for any 1 weapon test

I only have 2 ILVL 30 of the cleaver. I dont think it has dropped during TW for me, but when my recover item cooldown expires ill check to make sure I havent vendored any
 
Thank you for putting this together, good info. Looks like pretty much any lvl 60 weapon is going to do somewhere in the 550-580 range, only a 5% difference, so not even noticeable in our fight lengths. When a boss only takes 15 seconds to kill that makes less than a half of a second difference. But of course i do like pursuing the best! I only wish someone with the ability to write a custom code for us to use in raidbots had as much passion as you do. Then we would actually know what stats to run instead of chasing some made up haste number

On another note, it looks like you probably have all the gear. At this point it would be some really good info if you kept your best weapons equipped and ran a test with heavy haste, heavy crit and one with heavy verse.

Still working on sims to get lifestealing working but i don't expect that to change results other than it being a bigger number.
Currently your method is looking to be superior and supports the idea that somewhere between Boats 20% haste and your 24% there is a threshold
As it stands right now on a 4 target sim, spamming ww, with lifestealing only adding 20% i am at 372, Boats at 384 and you at 431
From stat weights alone we are all pretty equal, also you and i have the Vigilance Charm trinket that is not working in sims that will increase your dps more
You both have racials that add some dps that i don't have

Edit- i screwed up, had too many sims open and most of had an extra buff or something checked on toofast, so disregard how high he simmed here

have you guys tried with 15% (1.3s gcd) haste instead and higher crit? Ive not sat down to test every setup yet, but a 5minute session with 2x waveslicer going for 15% haste instead got this on 4x dummies:
edIt - i intended to test with high crit lower vers, higher vers lower crit and a balance of both for most weapon combos but keeping them all at 15%. Im not certain whether gcd rounds up/down but to me if 15% gives 1.3s gcd and 24% gives 1.2 - looking at it 20.5% or so haste gives 1.24 gcd, not sure if that rounds down or not. below was a test for 15% haste and higher crit. I was steady at 640 dps

this is 5mins with 20% haste and slightly lower on crit/vers - comes out slightly lower.
Ive not tested other weapons/setups down at 15% haste yet

edit: if GCD rounds up/down, then the reason 20% -24% are hitting similar is because its rounding 20.5% down from 1.24s gcd to 1.2s gcd. 24% gives 1.2s gcd. Similarly 14.9/15% haste is going to 1.3s gcd. So the real comparison we'd want to do is 1.2s GCD vs 1.3s GCD - i.e ~15% haste vs 20%+ haste with different weapons and gear combos to get the highest stats we can

With your 15% gear i have you at 389, which is second highest.
This is of course without lifesteal properly contributing
Also, couldn't tell from your post, were you at the same 4 target dummy cluster Boats used?
Toofast, if you would do the same test on the 4 target dummies in zandalar that would be great info
