I was top achieve points for my level before account wide.
Reps are still individual and its something to do to be unique.

Go in game and change "Display" to only show your Achievements to others so we can see how many Achievements the Character Haste actually has. As for if any 10 has done it, probably that Panda Monk with dual Slayer's Bands (can't remember the name and my BM's for the old Achievement whores don't work anymore). That toon had something like 4400 points back in MoP and was #1 for 10's overall at that time. They also had a ton of Exalteds, just maybe not 40. My main 10 is no where close to 40 because Rep grinds make me want to put Kittens in the microwave just to see color
