That is the issue.
In some cases we need moderation in moderation. For the most part, we behave ourselves. But, there are a few that seek to ruin it for the majority. If those few don't get squelched, the site may take a turn for the worse.

Since Myrm became the owner, mods have a different format of leniency now. So it would make sense that there are less uh "interventions" from the mods.
It no longer is about banning people, it's more of a... try-to-find-a-solution. So uh free will is not restricted as much as it was.

If the poster is posting like major breaking CoC stuff, like porn then it will get removed, but the leniency im guessing is applied to just the "toxic behavior" part.
Idk, but if you go on to the WoW forums and the community section, you'd see that there is like no intervention from mods at all. So that's basically what you might start seeing around. Just report the comments with honesty, if everyone did that then a toxic comment would get removed quicker with lots of reports being fed on to it.
 
Just visit MMO champ forum. There are certain topics that are forbidden. I think we all know what those are.
But for the most part the forum runs wild and free. The pros are most people that post on MMO champ are of the mature sort and do not offer any personal insults( this will get an infraction). The con is the community there is way too big.

I actually stopped using this site for about 2 years in mop then came back with the same signature and was banned for having said signature...I immediately left the site again and haven't returned since today...I haven't read through this thread at all except the main post but I assure you this place needs to be relaxed...Not uptight like it was, it just drives people away and ruins all camaraderie.
 
Comments that are nothing more than insults or exclusionary (xenophobic, homophobic, misogynist, etc.) expletives don't build camaraderie outside of the (I'm assuming) small group of lesser minds on this site. They don't contribute anything and would not be missed by those looking for useful information. The line is most often not so fine between a friendly ribbing and a stupidly hateful blathering. If the site is now run by those lesser minds, there's not much to be done I suppose but leave them to it.

No stop it. You don't need to make everything about "censorship". This is a website for sharing information about twinking. If people bitch and moan and let their narcissism run a muck to the point it's a garbage wasteland they deserved to be banned. They aren't doing anything to help this cause.

Moderators are only allowed to respond to reported posts and serious offenses, report a post if you think it violates the coc and you will enable a mod to make a decision
