Has rancid drastically increased since BFA ended or is he like the only active hunter left? He was mediocre in BFA unless he popped every consumable on CD but if he got better good for him.

Do these "best" people queue during specific times generally or when are the best bgs typically? Weekends/late afternoons/etc
The "rancid" you see on xpoff and active in game ATM is actually @Dimitri
The real rancid/rancio plays classic ATM
They are friends and their entire friend group has a thing were they name their hunts after rancid.

edit: its important to know this because rancid and dimitri are total opposite spectrum in terms of skill

I know you were definitely too young to play vanilla back in the day, but I am glad you're getting to experience it. You really can't compare the two at all, my man.
Look at my profile age it is accurate. You are only half right about that. My stepfather had a wow account he would let me play on sometimes it was in vanilla, but I only got to level 30 then got bored because I was 10?

Retail wow is less keybinds, less paying attention to small details, basicly a really really dumbed down game. Couple that the veteran bracket has some of the hugest noobs of all time.

you're actually a plank of wood if you think that retail is more dumbed down that classic wtf is wrong with you

I think you might be the stupidest person ever if you think retail 20s takes more skill than classic 19s.

Okay idiots @Dizzen @Kracks @Divinium

Lemme lay it out for you, and before u post "HATER" "SALTY" try and think for a moment.

Before you entered the bracket, the top players on the arena ladder where:

1. Subvader
2. Oil
3. Tgod

I know for a fact that Oil/Subvader played with whoever was on, even if it was a very sub optimal comp. Sub would solo que a lot of the time, and Oil's main comp he qued with was Resto Druid/Boomkin. Boomkin/Fury is fucking awful, as it has no crowd control or slows which allows a warrior to actually sit on a target. Tgod played with @Twobuttons exclusively, as i heard he xfered to join his guild. You guys however are a bunch of "friends" from 19 who decided to reroll toons for a comp to smash a bunch of people who were playing for fun with their buddies/whoever was on.

I also played with subvader, and we had fun farming Oil as Enhance/Beast Mastery Hunter.

And before u give me that bullshit "Good players can win with any comp" 20s is not fucking balanced for 3v3, and even in endgame their has been examples of people playing broken shit farming people who've attended Blizzcon for 5+ years

Beastcleave
Double Shadowmourne
DK/Holy Paladin
SL,SL Lock/Resto Druid
African Turtle Cleave
(And yes, I've played these)

TLDR: You and your buds can keep telling yourselves you're the best players in the bracket, But all i see is a clueless "Rival" / RBG 1500 Player who could never cut it at max trying to make themselves feel good in a bracket that's about having good fun casual games.
so basically you are proving my point that its not worth making a best of list for the bracket because its not organized for competitive pvp. thanks. All dizzen and I were doing was showing how easy it was to be r1 in this bracket for the overarching argument that it is a trashcan.

based on your OP the veteran bracket is an AFTERTHOUGHT based on the fact that you say afterwards "couple that", you insinuate that you're comparing retail period to classic period. You don't even mention classic 19s.

in which case, regardless of how fast food retail might be, it takes FAR more skill than classic.

classic is just a game of who can sit at their PC the longest. it is quite LITERALLY the most dumbed down version of the game...

"Rank 1" in a low level bracket. Congratulations. Want a trophy? Maybe we should build a statue in you're honor and label it 'Godking of 20s', and write a book about you're legendary feat and the long, treacherous journey leading up to it. All hail our lord and saviour Kracks.

Oh alright! So you were definitely able to play a bit! I know it's extremely dumbed down, the pace is a bit faster in retail, and it's definitely more casual friendly. One thing people don't consider here is some people have families and full time jobs, etc. Most of us are here for fun with little commitment, and not so much for the flexing and dick comparisons. I myself was a high end pvper in bc and wrath, slowed down a whole lot after that, and now it's at a screeching halt with some heroic raiding and mythic+, some arenas and vet pvp. I got to 45 on my rogue in classic and stopped when I remembered how long it's going to take to do all the pre raid and raid content at 60. I know it's rewarding, but it's a commitment I already made, and followed through with, and I think it's going to stay in the past.

Enjoy it man! Sorry for my life bio!

Ok everything about classic takes more skill the wsg jumps are back, more keybinds, you have to watch mana, positioning and everything still applies.
