Create your DK now

For those of you who dont know, you need to keep your moon guard DK in order to make DKs on other realms, since you normally need a level 55 on your account in order to create a DK, and that first DK satisfies the requirement for that. Or if you plan to play on moon guard then make a DK on another random realm after making the moon guard DK and keep that instead

Then you can make DKs anywhere, delete them after you log out, remake new ones etc.

Id also suggest making at least one other f2p account and making a DK on that too. That way if you have a day off you can farm hks on yourself and get honor rewards.. Level 40 pvp mounts, etc

I just got a little patch for both eu and us... I hope for yall this still works. Missed out on the dk @ us, glad i got it now. Couldnt try out eu though cause i have dks on both my f2p accounts on different bnets.

Holy crap this is huge! Everyone that doesnt have DKs enabled needs to get them while they can because it's not going to last. It makes your account way more valuable Thanks for sharing!


Edit: just to put it in perspective there were people buying DK enabled accounts in the blackmarket section for 50$+ after you could no longer make them

OK. I don't get it. I created 10 toons on Moonguard then went to AP to create a DK and it gave me the standard spiel about needing a lvl 55. So i couldn't create one on AP. Any ideas? thanks

did you keep the DK on moonguard or did you delete it before trying on AP?

You have to start playing it first, log out and and change realm.

I still have the 10 Death Knight toons on Moonguard. So accordingly it SHOULD work. this suggests this bug doesn't work like the last one did. U try it !

Log into one of the F2P DKs. Log out. Don't delete it. Go to a different realm, you should be able to make a DK.

Tried all non english realms, none worked and we dont have moon guard realm at eu


US seems to be able to use all the connected realms to create the first dk.
Edit: Actually all realms work for creating the first dk it seems ;-)
Edit2: Wich probs was caused by getting the achievs on my account for creatin the first on moon guard. This works differently then the old one

If i change my account's region or whatever to US, make a DK on moonguard, change region back to EU, can I then make a DK on EU realms? I REALLY want a fossilised raptor and a few pvp mounts

Achievs are not shared eu - us sadly. This is probs us only. Didn't try the eu english realms by making a dk though. You could check those realms.

Dont think that will work. As far as i know your wow account is either us or eu.

I have an us f2p accout merged in one battle net account with my eu accounts. I will try to create a dk on us @ mid break (hopefully no fix unti then) and
check if those achievments will count for the other accounts.

Doesn't work got them also merged.
