Wizard Oil, Bloodthistle and Elixir of Wisdom would definitely push your spellpower into that range.
Here's a rough chardev of a crit stacking Horde lock chardev 10 - Mist of Pandaria - BETA. I substituted items that are close in stats for the BoA shoulders and satchel belt , as well as Riot Stick for DHC to get a better picture of secondary stats (BoA stats are bugged to be too high, random enchants aren't yet implemented in chardev10, seems like).
So with those things fixed, you'd sit around 135 sp and 19% crit. Adding Wizard Oil, Elixir of Wisdom and Bloodthistle would push you into the 150's easily, probably over 160 sp if you're currently an Alchemist. You could go with a +int trinket as well for a full glass cannon set. The intellect you gain from buffs/trinket would give you a bit over 1% more crit.
150+ sp with over 20% crit seems pretty attainable, just a matter of if its worth the sacrifice/squishiness.
