Cost of making a 19 twink?

Currently I play exclusively f2p. During the summer or spring I will most likely make a p2p account. I'd like to come back to the 19 bracket, since it seems fairly active, and I am familiar with the abilities and class balance of it. (Obviously it is different than 20's, but similar enough that I can pick it up)

I have no sense for the WoW economy anymore. I'm wondering how smoothly gearing will go if I don't have a 90. I can probably get to 70 easily enough, 80 or so may also be fast, but I don't want to have to wait until level 90 to be able to afford everything I need to be BiS. I'm also 90% set on making the twink on Aerie Peak, so I don't know that I can find a guild to help me out on a more dedicated server. I won't be very happy by having "economy" enchants. I can sacrifice a little, but I need to be as well-geared as those around me for it to enjoy it. I've already considered guild heirloom costs, and those will be the first hill to climb. Mostly wondering about enchants.

I will probably make a warlocks, mist monk, priest, or warrior.

Bis or acceptable? Very class dependent, can run you from 1-5k through hundreds of dollars.

Depends on what class. Some require BoE's that can cost you a lot, others are just quest items which are free. The enchants will run you up a bit, not too high though.

19's are not that active atm but they should pick up closer to spring / summer.

It took months actually to be bis in vanilla. Tbc also but a litle lesser. Instance drops were awefull with the chance of leveling out of the bracket and getting the right gear of the ah took also ages or alot time investment to get gold to get it all done or grinding the instances to get the right gear.

A little silly compared to creating a few twinks per day with eas these days.

Op; If you want to keep it cost free, which is so easy these days, you can do all of it yourself ofcourse if you are deticated or just find a generous friend with a passion for twinking To bad for you that I am from the EU

This is quite accurate.

As others have mentioned it takes about 4 hours to level from 1-19. Professions can both be done in a day if you feel the need to grind them out.

Gear for the most part is all boa or quest gear. View the armory thread for lists of gear.

Enchants are not terribly expensive especially if you farm mats but should not cost you more than 1-2k if you decide to purchase them. View the enchantment thread for lists of enchants.
