EU Convince me to make my 79 druid 89

I’d suggest it, the 80 - 89 bracket is fun from what I’m seeing, with a lot of gear

I made my Legion 79 mage to 87 just for that staff. No regrets so far. Still working on it tho.

I thought legacy items were inactive? Old set bonuses don't work, Legion legendaries don't work, nor does Legion artifact weapons.

It seems they disabled most set bonuses, but individual items generally still function okay.

It replicates periotic damage only. Unfortunately, that is only flame shock for shamans. If you want the staff used to its maximum potential, perhaps an UA warlock or Shadow priest could make it overpowered?
