Its definitely the worst of the healers. Doesnt make it necessarily bad though, just overshadowed.
All the shockadins I see use their regular healing sets, maybe that's why it seems lackluster. Gonna have to get Tydubbz to modify his set to focus more on crit so I can see how well it does, seems cool on paper though.
