EU+US Confused, but i might have fixed twinks

Blizzard is used to making bad decisions, such as this, as it happens to be in our favor if it ever takes place.
 
Am I missing something? Why are you all excited? This answer sounds like someone copy paste an answer from years ago when they added xp lock for the first time....

I thought that was the joke, that the gm was so out of touch with the game. Now I'm confused.

A GM using the term "twink" and being concerned about accidentally leveling...... honestly how could any of you 'elite' players even think this is close to legit? Has made for a good laugh!

As for wanting quality over quantity, that's is fine in theory for you lucky NAs in "the evening" for you is not for us oceanic/other players.

Quantity was 2 or 3 games on a odd Saturday morning (your Friday night) for me after an April re-sub up until the merge. Now I get into games in under 10mins anytime of the day.
As for quality...... perhaps your war games were full of talent, but the xpoff games I took part in were trash, just strokers running around like headless chooks.

I have been in plenty of 'bad' games since the merge but have also had some really good close games that got the old heart racing, but the point is I have been in games!

Perhaps three games was not enough of a sample but I also don't believe it was an isolated event, I think you have been left remembering the real great games and your rose colored glasses have forgotten that having the ability to turn experience gains off dose by no means make you a good player!

These people claiming to be "good" vastly overestimate their ability. You should see my analysis on the Dunning-Kruger effect.

No games but potential for a competitive bracket > farming levelers

I bet all the ppl saying the merge is better than no games at all don't even fucking play Twinks beacuse the BGs are so garbage. lmao.

Well for EU ppl need to start being honest and realistic. The bracket was more dead than alive since cata. The majority of games were garbage. You could tell from the start who was gonna win in almost every game. The players had a higher skill lvl overall sure, but that doesnt mean games were more exciting.
I take it as it is but for EU, you simply cant argue that no games are better than low quality games.

That's why every player who cared about Twinking went to US.
