Side note. You can bring your 19 and group up with someone to farm grays that are BoP and don't actually have a 100 requirement. Theres no 100 req in game, despite what it says on wowhead: http://www.wowhead.com/item=121393/vexing-armada and http://www.wowhead.com/item=121406/tattered-explorers-hat . There might be more, but thats just what I've seen while leveling up.

I have done some quest in highmountain but not the quest in the Highmountain Burial grounds area no.

Must be a horrid cause it have 100 requirement on them.

Me and Emphi Just tryed farming some mobs with me in grp, it seems that only high lvls can loot the mobs cus the bag mouse icon never appears for me. This might due to us being on different realms?
Or cus I am not able to hit the target?

WOWHEAD says it requires lvl 100. Look at the screenshot. No level requirement, just BoP. If 19s can loot mobs or tag mobs in the broken isle, then they can probably get it. I haven't been able to test.

There seems to be a lot of items that fall into this list. Says on wowhead that it requires 100, but it doesn't. I've seen 5 or 6 different ones. I imagine all of the items on this list are possible to get.

Try converting to raid, changing the loot to free for all then back to party.

It might work. There seems to be a level restriction in regards to low level players being able to loot higher level mobs.
 
I'm at the location but I haven't seen a single mob yet that supposedly drops this sword.. Any info on how to get them to spawn?
