As someone who lives near a small muslim community without ,being a muslim myself, I often visit the Mosque and have a good time there, chatting and just chilling there. I think religion is good as longs as it isn't radicale.

Might become muslim myself.

My point in making this thread I guess is I feel that god is probably a smart guy or whatever he or she is and a smart person or all powerful thing is capable of realizing that church isn't productive at all.

Nothing productive comes from singing dumbass songs waving your arms around and being a f@ggot

What is productive however is studying his agenda and teaching it to others so they may too live their lives in alliance with god.

I've been to many churches of different forms and jehovah witnesses are the only ones out there doing what I consider the smart and productive thing. Everyone else are dumbasses and retards

Jehovah witnesses get a lot of shit for being different than other churches but they're the only ones getting out there continuing jesus legacy and doing his work. Most of them literally spend 40-160 hours a month going door to door offering bible studies on any subject to any willing person.

People refer to them as a cult... but isn't it more like a cult so seclude yourself to people of the same believes as you. It seems to me jehovah witnesses are the opposite of a cult.

I've grown to appreciate going to church over the years. Like you, I don't really care for the singing, except for a few songs that I really like. I mostly enjoy church for the lessons. They help me to strengthen my resolve to try to be kind to others and to forgive. I also find that church helps to put things into perspective, like when we pray for people who are suffering. Some people also enjoy church for the community aspect. I like that when I leave church, I feel renewed for the week.

I'm not sure about your church, but I know mine provides lots of opportunities to help others. Maybe check your church bulletin for things you can get involved with.

Also, if you like how the Jehovah's Witnesses go out and spread the Word, why don't you try attending their church services. Maybe that's the denomination that's right for you. :)
 
Life isnt very easy to figure out i guess..
What do we really know? My father raised me as an Etheist or however to write it, and ive always hated the idea of god and things that didnt make sense to me for a long time.. I didnt believe in miracles or things that couldnt be explained untill i realised.
Existence itself is a miracle. And we don't know shit, However i made my own believe system which helps me... i could tell you all what i believe but that would be a bit longer post.
Anyways were strange life.. other then the life forms around us, on a small ball in a huge space and we dont know wtf we have to do or what the purpose is.
However we all like to survive for as long as possible and make sure we live on. And be happy. So we make twinks and rock them as hard as we can for as long as we can.
If you wanna know my view of God and Life please ask me for it and i'll enlighten yall xD... Or not.. i might be completely wrong nd shit.. <3

I agree with Conq actually. To straight up say there is no god is a strange thing to do considering that it's never been proven that there isn't. The only way to disprove the existence of a creator is to discover absolutey the way humans (and everything else) was created and present 100% concrete evidence of that. Darwinism certainly hasn't done that and Atheism sure as hell hasn't either.

I agree that Religion is problamatic and I believe that humans as a whole will eventually move away from it which seems to be what Atheists hope for and I'm all for that. The truth about Atheists, however; is that they feel the need to be superior in some way over religous peoples. You can say there is no god, but the undeniable truth is that you don't know. Atheists need to humble themselves and admit that they have yet to prove 100% that god doesn't exist.

As far as whether or not Ciren is a "religous idiot" trying to "spread his bronze age bullshit" , it seemed pretty self-evident to me that when he called everyone who isn't a Jehovah's witness a retard that he was trying super hard to piss somebody off and that the whole thing is just a troll.

I found the comment amusing. The burden of proof suggests that because nobody can disprove the existence of God that the statement "God exists" remains "true".

I remember when I was learning about different types of arguments and logical fallacies in college too. Good times.....now go suck a fart out of a dog's ass good sir.
