To me as a 19s player this is extremely frustrating, because it'd legit be so easy to get pops if people just queued instead of rerolling into the 20s bracket. You're not fooling anyone. You're hypocrites.
At least in Legion you could argue that the gap between a twink and a leveler was nearly non-existent, giving the games a chance to make them interesting.
Now you're just literally farming levelers.
as far as the entire "hours to get a pop" argument goes; you're literally the reason.

The biggest problem on EU, 99% of the people in the bracket don't give a shit. people don't seem to care about the quality and balance the games. (ALOT of people are win logging)
Only a hand full of people are building up the bracket and helping new/old players get back into the bracket.
What EU is lacking is people who care about the bracket and people who are willing to spend time recruiting new/old players and help them improve.
Draenor has turned into a shit hole build up by ego players with a big mouth and no one is doing shit on draenor even tho it's the biggest server for 19s.
Shame on the Draenor ego twinks for not taking part in the rebuild of the bracket!

It binds. Back then, there was no need for them to state whether it binds or not in the tooltip as people hadn't widely figured out that these can be applied to any set of legs or head. It's the same as the Librams, they soulbind too.
Mailbox exploit i'd imagine also works too, but then again... early on in the expansion when ZG items are not on farm it'll be hard to accumulate a back stock of these items to use for trial and error on mailboxing.
Once upon a time i was really good at getting these done first or second try, but i don't think i'll be risking my first few on a low level come classic release.

If you’re not playing on draenor, how do you know what they do and dont do? The guys youre saying are ”winlogging” they probably change faction to balance out the games (not everyone im sure of).
