So you have to spec into the tree to get those abilities? Do druids have to be Feral to get travel form? Just confused about why you listed those abilities in the feral tree section?

if they made the 12 AP on CB 6 agility CB will be BIS by a long shot

Shadowfang will stay better then skeletal club. The dps is the same and the proc is identical but the speed of shadowfang is slower (higher top end damage) meaning higher hits with special attacks then with a skeletal club.

It seems very likely Cruel barb will chance to 6agi. If you look at some other items you will see that most of them have the conversion 2AP(live)=1agi(beta)

No, as travel form isn't a Primary skill

Why not 12 ap-> 6 str? CB is a weapon and therefore not rogue specific like the leather items.
