ppl in my trade saying it's been hotfixed, looked for a blue post but cant see anything.. can't tell if it's been hotfixed or if ppl just tryna get the seller to try and equip it on a low lvl n make it soul bound

Guys this is legit btw its not bannable or thats like saying the common legion sword was bannable ? it was not , it will be hotfixed very early so get it before its hotfixed

Pretty much yes. Right now they are so rare on my region. So far i've seen one russian with one and a druid with the boe dagger of 670 ilvl
