Its only OP in wpvp, which you can get 1 shotted by 110s so who cares. In ipvp you get a few stats more and that's it, hardly a game changer. I hope that dont fix it, let twinks have something.

Why? People aren't getting 2-3 shotted in BGs like one might assume.You wouldn't even know someone had it unless you inspected them. Maybe in wpvp yea, prob 1 shotting people, but i can get on a higher lvl and do that, not a big deal imo.
