Bracket is way more broken next patch

was going to end with my last post, but there's so many people that need a reality check i couldn't resist....

Twinks are below level cap player characters who have gained the best powerful gear for their level in every slot. These powerful items are loaded with the best possible enhancements such as expensive weapon enchants, leg patches and BoE/BoP greens, blues or epics. Within the twink community, this gear is called "best in slot" or BiS gear. Twinking is common in MMORPGs, including World of Warcraft, though many mechanisms are in place that limit a player's ability to equip a character with gear beyond its level. Blizzard made it clear with the Wrath of the Lich King expansion that they support players who twink by providing for their shutting off experience gain.[SUP][1][/SUP] However, some twink-players felt otherwise. Twinking is most often done in order for a level character to compete in thebattleground bracket. Two popular classes for twinks in World of Warcraft are rogues and hunters. Hunters do well in battlegrounds, especially at low levels since many melee classes have no way to stop a hunter who cankite. Their damage is largely affected by the gear they have, so they can go above and beyond what other classes could twink to.

If all those 19's, 24's will quit WoW, trust me, there will be lots of subscribers still to keep this game alive. So, don't make yourself look more important that you actually are. You're negligible at best.

god you're stupid. no, p2p twinks don't keep wow alive, but f2p's only jam severs up, with no actual contribution to the game whatsoever...

fact: f2p's don't contribute to wow in any way.
fact: sever population on some severs look fine, till you realize it's mostly level 20s.
fact: that's the real reason starter accounts were made. they make player base more healthy looking, and there's a chance of extra subs = win win for blizzard.

P2P or F2P i dont care , if you want this bracket to be balanced lets all open a ticket asking blizzard to give low level brackets PvP Ressillence 70% up from 40% and keep the Bfatigue 60/55 whatever !

Like I said before we are twinkers we min/max our gear. p2ps do it and f2ps do it. We are all the same but magically being p2p is not fair.

And no p2p aint close to cheating.. it is normal wow behaviour. F2ptwinking comes alot closer to cheating. You stay trial while the intention is that you sub so you are cheating the system how it is intended to be by staying trial. People play trials to check out the game and sub if they like it and quit playing if they don't.

I myself dont know for sure what blizzard wanted from new trials aka starter edition, but according to achmed they were aware of what was going to happen with starter edition but since it was still better then the old 10days trial cuz they were getting more subs from trials, so this was intended.

it's not fact? read this... World of Warcraft First Official Infographic - Blizzard Entertainment first fact on that page. trials are there to make blizzards players base look bigger since they've lost so many subs.

This, but i honestly believe most f2p "twinks" are so because of sub costs, and its simplicity (limited item choices, build diversity, and overall in-game system). Sure the grind for some items is notably harder without the use of the trading system or alts to grind, but at what cost? You play in a bracket dominated by p2p's who work just as hard for their gear (Gnomeregan), and sob when players who pay for the service have an advantage.

The only way i see glory in f2p is pure f2p premades. This is where team composition really matters, when general cognitive skills, ability, and aptitude of players/teams shine.

Twinking is not about getting the best possible gear. What you describe is bis-twinking but there are more forms of twinking. It is about creating a character that is powerfull and is uncommon for its level.

F2p are twinks. They have gear uncommon for their level. All the gear they grinded out is a result of locked xp. If they were on a normal account they would level and would make that gear not uncommon.

This is what it is and also the reason why you cant call the present endgame twinking cause all the gear is common for their level.

they are BiS for their limitations. the only way they could become more geared is pay. i know they are those who have p2p accounts and choose to play within f2p limits, but be fair, if you look at f2p as a whole what percent do they make up? maybe 1-2%. the rest are just there because it's free.
