Hello everyone.



Recently I've been looking at some post about gear and enchants for a level 19 Rogue.

I have been spotting alot of people saying that the Minor Speed enchant is the best but why?

Does it give more running speed or does it makes your attacks faster?

At the moment I have the Scroll of Enchant Boots - Greater Stamina which gives +7 Stamina.

Could someone please tell me which is better, Minor Speed or +7 Stamina.
 
Do i really have to post what you should do ^^^^^^

It's not a question of survivability.



It's all about Time on Target, that's why Sub Rogues are so strong; they have ShS.



Anything that increase ToT, for any Melee DPS class, you take it.

When should you have 7 stam?



Only when you are fcing and you have the limited movement speed debuff.



In every case other than this, minor speed > stam nearly always (see above)
 
Minor speed clearly.
 
7agi imo, as a sub rogue your target wont be alive long if played correctly and seeing as you get a 30% agi boost from spec, the more Agi you have crits/dmg you do.



BUT this is my playstyle and most people may not agree.

And this is why we don't see you doing 25k damage+, having 4-8 returns and 0-1 death(s).



You will do by far more damage with speed on boots than what the extra 14 attack power, crit and doge bonuses... think about it, one extra white hit will do more damage than the average boost of several damaging attacks from the 7 agility.

Juno is a priest Mocha and an EU player.
 
minor speed also stacks with the 10% speed from stealth and sprint so it makes it much easier and faster to get to a efc etc
