PTR Black Empire Gear requires level 50 to open on PTR

Unless I'm wrong, there seems to be some confusion about this gear. It's gone, tokens say 50. I have items that are still equipped and giving stats at 10, but this is PTR, it's all being wiped. There's a current req level on live and now there's one on prepatch, its gone.

i meant in the sense that people farmed tons of satchels to open/save for later, to just end up with a ton of wasted time. such is the gamble of twink preparation. but, hey! early bird get the early worm, or to the victor go the spoils, or whatever.

in the end it's all just flex sets, any of us with self respect wouldn't use super OP ilvl 47 shit in BGs.

In all honesty though, I really don’t think they can fix 180s considering the items required level scaled to the character that got it, and the stats stayed the same regardless of level looting it. Big oops, but a win for some twinks. Saw a 19 twink in gold shire with the 180 ring with leech and a socket once, was hilarious.

I’m sure blizzard won’t fix everything though before release, because there’s a lot more potentially op gf’d things to farm

I knew they'd do something about it, but I was hoping that they would just scale the gear we'd get out of them accordingly.
God, wasted so much time getting a few complete sets.

If only the xmog restriction for non shadowlands gear was 1 and not 10. What does blizzard think having that restriction does for the playerbase, anyway? Oh no, that level one character looks like an ICC raider! This isn't okay! However, he can look like a blackwing lair raider. That's totally fine.
 
Corrupt aspirant gear in org/sw has no evel req but costs honour points. I wonder if honour is a max lvl only kind of thing in sl.

In a LvL 1 Thread, someone said they ONLY received Honor killing a LvL 39. They tried several low(er) Levels but no Honor gain.

Me and @Jonnes were the ones who tested it, we only tried a level 5, 10 and a 39, I didnt have any other horde toons haha. So the level is between 11 and 39.

Phrased a bit odd but yeah, I received an Honorable Kill, I did not recieve Honor Currency. And we didn't test anything between 10 and 39, it was just the next thing we decided to try after 10 didn't award any HK.
