Wraith Scythe
Skullforge Reaver
Dragon's Call
Ripsaw
Phantom Blade
Or just two Claw of the Watcher for sockets?

Forsure man my Btags Tsgx134#1831 i actually play my DH everyday bgs/Wgs/Arenas bascially my main twink now tbh

I've got an ilvl 27 https://www.wowhead.com/item=809/bloodrazor?bonus=6661 that I'm tempted to use on my DH. The in-game effect says that it wounds for a measly 10 damage over 30 seconds... Maybe it's just a tooltip error...

i would try to find a cheap one req level 25 or so and try out on a higher level

You can copy to PTR and test there. Most of these tooltip damage procs are correct though. Phantom Blade is too good to pass up, you have options for MH though.

Genius. I hopped onto the PTR to give it a try. The DoT hits for one damage per tick. It also took about five minutes of smacking a dummy before it proc'd. Looks like the tooltip is accurate, and this weapon is trash.

If farming on a lvl20 would have to farm the drustvar/nazmir farm spots for ilvl28 green armor, they are SOL for weapons would need socket procs on bfa weapons or rares from various xpacs.

Otherwise all teh spots listed in the armor link could be farmed on a lvl24 or 25 and be usable by a lvl 20
The spots in the weapons linked would need ot be farmed on a lvl22 or 23 to be usable by a lvl20
