I think for right now, stacking up on your primary stat (agility, strength, or intellect) is more important nowadays after the launch of the pre-patch. It’s from what I’m hearing, but I still stack up on my other attributes like versatility, haste, and critical strike. They’re both good and I recommend going down to both of them at the same time and try to balance it out. Because that’s what I’m doing and it works out perfectly.

I'm currently at 12% versa, without adaptable pieces that's about as high as i'll get without sacrificing main stat.
I play a disc priest and if I go over 10% versatility the dmg from my shadow word pain goes down but my heals and bubble go up. The damage from shadow word pain is critical cause a good chunk of healing is done through atonement, so a cap of 10% for me is a nice balance.

Ah, I see. I'm 9% versa scaled which might be what you're referring to? If that's the case you just have way better gear than me hehe.

It's all about smart trades. For example an adaptable ring piece giving 5 versatility is better than having 1 extra stam/agil. A bad trade would be to use forest leather bracers instead of titanforged invasion bracers. You only get 2 extra agility to lose 7 stam and secondaries.

It's common Sense

Basically this, get engi gear and fill all slots with satchel/crate gear. Use ele force, satyr, and minor speed with 2% from cloak and you’re good to go.

Pretty much, PvP Power to cloak and a stat+speed boot enchant is a better combo most of the time though imo (druids/shamans should always use minor speed). 2% speed isn't nothing, but extra throughput will generally be more effective. Should keep both combos in your bags.

For Agility users, unless that +4% movement speed is necessary at all times, wouldn't a cloak with Shadow Armor + Cat's Swiftness be much better in terms of output?

Is a 4% movement speed increase even that noticeable in a world with Swiftness potions?

I think Cat's Swiftness and other similar enchants are actually 10% speed, like Minor Speed. They just don't stack with the cloak speed.

As for whether or not it matters, it depends. I rarely see swiftness pots actually being used - but lots of people got belt tinkers and there are now rocket boots. If I was playing something like outlaw rogue that has a slow, I'm not too worried about that 2%. If I don't have a slow, then an enemy FC could just walk away from me (eventually). Generally best to have both for FCing anyways.
