idk if there will be a BiS list, i saw good results for twinks stackin primary stats and other stacking versat/crit/primary. You can even wear eng cloth helm on a plate wearer cause it has OP stamina

Stacking anything but Stamina seems weak.

were back to sets again, so ask for specific builds. crit or stam seem to be the best way to go.

Versa set with agi as 2nd stacking set is by far the best results im seeing on rogue (19 not 29 tho)

Perhaps, I miss read the thing about combat potency, it seems to be a baseline 35% increase. That being the case using double Darkwater talwar, would probably be BiS.

The head i'm wearing is better than yours, i've got the GF'd one and 31 ilvl legion head that's no excuse to not be BiS homie.

You're right with the tulwar. Dagger is fine MH for assassination/sub. The head you got has int tho. No longer good =/
