EU+US BiS items for Leather wearing classes in Legion.

Give source on the similar to timewalking quote.

"Furthermore, any set bonuses, enchants, Legendary bonuses, or trinket effects will be deactivated (although your Artifact and its related Artifact Powers will remain active).
"We're also doing away with the idea of PvP-specific gear. Since your stats are pre-determined, trinkets and set bonuses are disabled"
(Source : http://us.battle.net/wow/en/blog/19994381/legion-pvp-preview-12-16-2015)

Disabled does not mean they are taken out of PvP at all. Disabled means "having a physical or mental condition that limits their movements, senses, or activities." i.e. the on use, or chance on hit effects of trinkets are not working, not that your trinket slots are suddenly null and void.

You're beating a dead horse. If trinkets are disabled then they're not functioning. Don't fucking go and google the definition of disabled, and then take the illness "Disabled". This is the correct definition on "Disabled" when we're talking about an Object: "to make legally incapable; disqualify." - I believe we both can agree that disqualify means that you're not participating in an activity.

Well, I'll be close if this is the way items work out.

I picked Deadskull Shield instead of Sacred Burial Trousers, but I do have Pious Legwraps which are one less ilvl.
I don't have Beastmer's Girdle, but I have Screecher's Belt (one less ilvl).

Fishing Hat, Inferno Robe, Jutebraid, Engineer Cloak and Grizzled Boots, I have all those.

  • put out of action.
"the raiders tried to disable the alarm system"
synonyms: deactivate, defuse, disarm, render inoperative, make ineffective, put out of action, make harmless
"the bomb squad disabled the device"
    antonyms: set, repair
  • (of an action or circumstance) prevent or discourage (someone) from doing something.

So my characters with satchel gear will be extremely strong...? or what lol.

They all gonna nerf ilvl just like my Formal Danguis. Dont waste your time dong this stuff, wait for the BETA.

I believe there's a high chance they'll nerf the items without a level requirement unless from a quest, without an armor type or white / grey quality. They've already nerfed quite a handful of items (such as the Kor'Kron Dark Shaman transmog set).

Thnx for proving my point, lol.

I've noticed some items like Bottled Tornado has already been nerfed. On live servers it is ilvl 400 with no level requirement. In Legion (according to WoWhead) it is ilvl 90 and requires level 86.

Its still hard to know.

Yeah indeed. You can check the legion.wowhead.com, which is the legion version of wowhead, for item changes. No need to wait for the beta.

Not really? The on uses and CoHs of trinkets will be disabled, but they will not remove them counting for the stat templates for for stats at all.

Source stating that the active will be disabled, but the trinket slot as a whole will still be used? Exactly, you can't show me that. I've looked through all the Beta related Twitter posts, interviews, articles, patch notes etc etc. Nowhere is it stated what you just said. You proved my point when you copied the definition of disabled. "Put out of action" is what you wrote. If I really have to explain to you what Put out of action means then I feel sorry for you.

Like I said before, items can change at the last day on the beta/ptr.... is this your first expansion?

And if that's the case, then I'll update this thread as the changes roll out. Why do you have to be such a party killer? Are you the kinda guy that gives your friends the death percentage on skydiving before you go?

I have a question that isn't quite on the mark of this thread and it may be a stupid one so bare with me... If they are changing spirit/ bonus armor into versa or mastery, why does that even matter since stats won't really affect pvp as much as they do today? Of course for pve it would have a point, but versa isn't really a favored stat for pve as it is. I was just curious as to why they would leave versa still in game when the stats on our gear will be next to pointless..

I really doubt that blizz want ppl to go max their ilvl by getting white stuff with no stats. It's against everything that blizz have stood for, for the last years. "Normal" gear will matter alot more than white high ilvl stuff, just wait and see.
