BIS BM Monk

Here are the steps to becoming a great BrM:

1) Head to your local AH
2) Search for Gargoyle's Bite, Defias gloves/pants, and/or Ring of Defense. (If you really want to be a mongo, throw in Armor of the Fang, and Lizardscale cloak for the epic scales)
3) Purchase said items
4) Bind Keg Smash to about 7 or 8 keys
5) Bind Guard to your remaining binds
6) Proceed to throw your keyboard at the ceiling
7) ???
8) You are now rank juan

This is coming from a seasoned BrM player, I know what I'm talking about. :Kappa:
 
LMAO, 4/6 monks in <Harvest> crutching on BM.

<Harvest> crutches on obviously broken specs, cries about 4-second-cast-time iron grenades.

LMAO bads.
 
Honestly, who cares? <Harvest> is free to beat the shit out of f2p however they'd like to. It's their own time they are wasting.
 
Meh, just found the irony of the champions of the "consumables are a crutch" crusade, themselves crutching on the most broken spec in the game, to be fairly funny.

I do miss this ability. But it was unnecessary at 90 so I could see why they trashed it. Plus it was a little on the strong side. A charge/grip that stuns the target and those close around it.. Pretty sexy. Then again BM's were broken at 90 and had too many "in's". But hey, there's hope for a clash return since monks are the bottom of the barrel tanks at the moment.
 
should honestly try windwalker though [MENTION=8467]gunnerz[/MENTION] before you pick up the crutches and get a feel for them

spec puts out a ton of damage but does not have the live lord status of brewmaster so dont expect to be able to fall back on guard when you put yourself in a 1v10 because of bad positioning or mongo senses kicking in, you have to be on your toes

I might give that a go. Like I said, I just want to be able to fight outta the gy camp. Is the build for ww's the same? (I'm a total noob, which is why I have to have everyone show me how to do this stuff)
 
Update: I don't like this class, it's just not fun. I guess I prefer stealth ganking or ranged dps, so maybe I'll try out another range class.
