close to bis but not quite. Need double charged gear of agils and the gnomer bracers of agil. And the 11 agil helm from STV (forgot name)
I'm going to disagree regarding the helm for a brew master monk.
Not-Scratchy Helm (for horde) yes has 11 agility and 12 armor. However, the BoA Stained Shadowcraft Cap at level 29 has 13 armor, 9 agility, 13 stamina and 10 haste. Considering BrMs are a tank, the +1 armor, 13 stamina and 10 haste vastly outweigh +2 agility.
The extra stamina and haste could be the difference of firing off that extra keg smash, 2 of which will kill almost anything. From experience I know I can go solo to a tower with 3 defenders and kill them. (a bit harder when there is a healer, but still do-able)
In other words, the ability to absorb extra damage is more beneficial than dishing out 2 extra dmg. Picture a BM rolling up onto the flag in Eye of the Storm, and dropping a Keg Smash right in the middle of the entire opposing team followed by a Breath of Fire.
I think, even for a rogue, the BOA is the better choice, considering the overall gain in armor, stamina and haste vs 2 points of agility.
As for the bracers... sure, if you are lucky enough to get them they would probably be BiS, but even if you can solo gnomer, its a 1 in 509 chance to get the 2 versions that are useful. Even higher if you have to go in a group. Now, soloing gnomer at level 29 on a BM twink is no problem, but dayum! 509 times? Not even counting that it isn't even guaranteed to drop.
Remember also, BMs aren't rogues, we can't really sneak up on anything, so we need enough armor and stamina to get close enough to land that attack. I would say the 2 rings I have are ok, the agil/stam x2 version would be slightly better, but agility / crit in one slot also has its perks.
Edit: By the way, if at level 29 and mostly twinked, you can't solo gnomer, you need to rethink your gearing priorities. By solo, I don't mean pulling 1 mob at a time, but as bm you should be able to easily handly 6-8 of any type of mob in there (excluding bosses).
