Best Professions?

Just got done with engineering and I really enjoy the results. I've been trying to find another profession that could be useful, the only other profession I really hear mentioned is alchemy which I am not very interested in.
What professions if any do you use or would you use and why?
I play rogue at 59.
Any feedback or advice is greatly appreciated.

I use eng/inscrip. Another poster a few days ago mentioned tailoring as a sleeper profession because of the nets you can make.

I am interested in tailoring for the nets and im not positive but I believe you gain access to bandages. I was just looking into inscription and the best enchant I saw (usable by a 59 for rogue) was from Northrend inscription 6 attack power 5 crit (please correct me if there's a better option).
I am also wondering if professions like blacksmithing, leatherworking or gathering professions could be beneficial at all?

Tailoring and engineering are BIS IMO.

Net + frag bomb is overpowered.

As far as inscription goes, there are alternate shoulder enchants obtainable that are on-parr or even better.
Alchemy offers 10+ <mainstat> with the alchemical flask, but I dont think that's stronger than a no-DR net that's unbreakable.
