1 agi is better than 1 hit, tail spike also indeed add topend damage, wich is a good thing as mut, heartseeker will only let you get more poison procs but the difference is too low, tail spike is still better imo

I'd have to guess on that one since I'm not quite sure about stat values yet. By the looks of it it should be bis though, the faster weapon speed also allows more poison procs.

What's your thoughts on scouts blade? has 15.33 dps 18-34 dmg 4 agi 2 stam 1.7 speed.

I would most likely choose heartseeker over scout's. Hit is quite valuable even without affecting EF, it still increases white dps and poison procs. Crit increases EF dps (18.5ish per weapon before haste and crit) by 1%, which isn't affected by armor either.
Poisons have a flat proc chance, the faster, the more, no matter which hand

So overall would you say that using kris and heartseeker will be the best combo?
 
Talon and AB FTW! I have both Kris and Heartseeker on my rogue as well but I like Talon and AB right now on the PTR. Despite what I'm reading here.

If you mean the normalization formula, it only affects your specials. You still have white dps, crit, haste, hit etc. to take into account.

So let me get this all straight... Scout's blade appears to be best for ambushing and mut along with the heartseeker OH. This looks like the best setup based off specials. In addition, these weapons are faster and provide great posion procs. White damage shouldn't be a main concern as assas considering daggers don't do a big portion of dmg and dont make up much burst.
