Ah yes... Sergey was asking about melee and I was asking about ranged. For ranged, the best option is the Sniper Scope +2 which jumps to +3 in instanced PvP, right?

I can confirm this works as of today on an iLvL 49 Arty Gun.

Heirloom weapon if you're that intent. Apply with a higher level character and mail it to your 20.

Warglave - will not work - as blizzard implemented new coding for enchants that if the wep does not meet the lvl requirement of the enchant - the enchant wont proc. For example - if gala force requires a lvl 35 weapon to be used and put on and you try to use a higher lvl to enchant it on, and trade back to a 20. The enchant will show on the lvl 20 that the enchant is on - but due to the weapon being rescaled to lvl 24, the enchant will not work. Good luck

Mahvet - that is 100% correct - the enchant will not work even if the enchant was placed on by a higher lvl - once it gets scaled down the enchant will not work
