EU+US Artifact de-powered on next xpack?

I have read on next expansion the artifact weapon will be deactivated. Will this apply to level 110's only or all? Are twinks weapons on borrowed time? Apologies if this has been covered already..

1. I'm still of the honest opinion that Legion is the final major XPac for WoW and everything in the future will be considered "Content Patches" and quality of life improvements. I could be wrong ofc.
2. I've watched multiple Devlogs and haven't heard what you're saying but HAVE heard multiple times that they don't know what they plan to do with Artifact Weapons because it'd be stupid to replace an Expansion long grind (Weapon) with a shitty Dungeon Blue 2 Levels later.
3. I'd seriously go ape shit on Blizz if they deactivated our Artifact Weapons and turned them into stat sticks a year from now.

My guess would be that they disable it for players level 111 and up. Kinda like hardened-shell that only works against players level 94 and below.

If they did that then I'd have no problems (as a Legion Twink) however it's still a stupid idea to have shit Weapons replacing an Artifact Weapon that took Players 1.5-2 years to work on then some random Wolf drops an iLvL 1055 Green Staff that's better.

What was the wolf doing with a staff in the first place?

I believe a few years back a devlog had talked about 100 being the final max level. I guess they changed their minds.

Like all great things, Wow will eventually die off. And with all the new emerging MMOs with far more complex and elaborate combat, pvp, and pve systems, I wouldn't be surprised if it's within the next few years.

I was extremely vocal to Blizz about the old Set Bonuses change, to the point I even got banned from the Official Forums, so I certainly DO feel your pain, I also Twink 70. Keep in mind, some Players also have a Twinked out Timewalking set, that has to be completely reworked thanks to lazy assholes within Blizz who couldn't be bothered to fix broken Set Bonuses (really, there wasn't that many) so they just nixed them all... well almost all of them, TBC Dungeon Sets still have their Bonuses active.

Vanilla Dungeon .5 works as well. I abuse it on my 60 prot pally
