TBH theres plenty of expenses and habbits you can cut back to pay the 50c a day required to play p2p.
Ordering a meal? Get the medium/small drink. Smoking less too. Maybe drinking. Just gotta weigh out what you're willing to spend. Support anyone on patreon or donate to streams? Fuck em. TBH if you play wow 2-3+ hrs a day, it's obviously a priority. If you're fine being f2p then that's fine too. Just gotta not lie to yourself and say you won't pay when ur really itching to.
People like spending lots on temporary things then complain they can't spend on long-term stuff. That said, wow shouldn't necessarily be in the same category as rent payment or 401k
