nope, i just went to Nozzlepot's Outpost in the Northern Barrens and did them all. They were all quick and easy tho, it took maybe a half hour? The final quest may be bugged tho... i had to let a GM log on my guy to turn it in.

The ettin quest for obtaining the Keeshan quest rewards is currently incompletable (not sure if it's needed but...). GMs are currently aware of this issue.
