where do i get the addon so that i can chat with people because everytime i click on a link it just sends me to the f2p home web page and i wanna download the addon.

There is a stickied thread on that. If the links in the first post don't work, there's a link in Purse's last comment; she mirrored it.

EDIT: I'm a bit curious; are you (or have you finished) battling it out on Aerie Peak? Seen some of your roster in ABs and was a bit confused until I read about your troubles here. ^^

Yep, the queues and stupid mistakes didn't it go through. After more than 2 hours waiting and trying to queue, some people on Horde had to go. We had our team. We are looking forward to a day Alliance gets his team ready for an assbeating. Be ready for it. We are waiting for it.
 
We tried for two and a half hours, then horde gave up/didn't have people, oh well.
 
What a pity. :( Would have been fun to hear about.
