Idk, they didnt mention any of that, but i would guess it comes to the mailbox. because they say " To send cross-realm mail: enter the character's name, followed by a hyphen "-", followed by the realm name." so your sending a mail.

Players are now able to mail account-bound items to other characters that reside on a different realm

Account bound is account wide. doesnt matter which faction.

To your mail box. I can do it allready on the merged realm i live on.

Probably not cause it goes through mail.

Enchants yes, mogs no.

I am not sure what you mean, if you referring to boa's you find in these places, you probably can. I could go and try.

Yeah boa's are cross faction.

You can mail BoAs to any server now. Works the same as it has for awhile now, except you add in @Realm Name. This is merely an extension of the mail system and not a part of the upcoming BoA panel.

So nothing new here unless you are one of those crazy people that mail enchanted BoAs to f2ps.
