You're not getting anything out of these dungeons that is better than ilvl 28s you'd get from farming Legion... which seems a more reliable farm. WOD and BFA dungeons are pretty much now just there if you need to target farm a specific stat combo in a specific slot on a F2P.
And for one notable trinket thats going to make this bracket even more unbearable until it gets scaled.

Helm and Chest are likely not going to be as good as either TBC 3 sockets or Engineering options.
Neck is what it is - people seem really reluctant to run BoA with its 700 healing for some reason. Slap that belt enchant on without a second thought, but would rather drop a mil than be seen in an heirloom. Sure.
Shoulders I can see - but every class also has some awesome TBC 2 sockets. I doubt this is really shifting the BiS meta much more - the swag meta, though? Pog.

Raw stat-wise sure. Unless you're going for pure Leech or pure speed.
Double leech chestpiece or double speed chestpiece will out-perform the legion greens or triple sockets.
Shares cooldown with the engineering belt heal and heals only half as much.
Double tertiary is what sells it.
All-in-all though yeah, this farm is mostly for the 0.5% who want very very specific builds.

I'll probably keep farming every now and then until I get a socketed ring. A agil ring with mastery + socket might be an upgrade from my ilvl 28 socket ring, not sure yet.

it *really* depends on spec. You can math it out. 2.5 vers = 1 main stat in BG is a pretty solid approximation.
I wouldnt begrudge anyone wanting to farm one (especially F2P) but i think much of the furor here is more "new and shiny" and not so much "omg BIS, gearing meta changed" because, well, it hasnt.
You're overly focus here on something that is either a troll, a glitch likely to be fixed, a display error, doesnt apply both sets of the tert, or (assuming its actually legit *and* works) is something so remarkably rare, you'll be farming for a full set until the next level squish.
You're also talking a guy who plays arenas, so terts actually dont sell it for him.

It's not a troll because I have an item like it in my bags.
Half the time they don't fix existing items. The ilv44 necks are a prime example of that.
I checked and it applies both stats.
I loot 1 item every 1.5 min. It's not that big of an effort.
Only gotta get lucky once

actually the ilvl 44 necks arent. Theyre the exception that proves the rule.

Yooo, i just remembered something.... There are some daily quests offered in the garrison inn that award loot boxes... Those also contain items that are on the wod dungeons loot table... Would it be possible for those items to also get socket and tertiary procs?

True, but the ilvl 28 are no longer possible to be farmed by true F2P, while these are, for now. While the grind is not something great, and honestly everyone will target only 3-4 slots at best, they represent the only way to farm technical BiS for all new f2p players, or new chars at this moment.

oh yea, like I said, I certainly dont begrudge F2Ps gettin after this grind. At all. It (and BFA dungeons) look GREAT for F2P who need mastery, especially.
As for this, those items are currently unuseable ilvl 44s. One of the things I'm looking forward to testing on alpha is the whole garrison progression, once it becomes clear they've revisited WOD scaling. We'll see if these rewards start scaling/proccing too.

Mildly curious about WoD quest rewards and non-apexis rares & treasures.... if WoD wasnt so god awful I'd expect someone would have gotten one by now. I understand it's a mythic dungeon thing, still curious. WoD dungeons could always proc socket at max level, not entirely sold this is exclusively limited to that change.

They might be slightly worse then ilvl 28 ( not including double tert ones) but its def a nice alternative to farming i28s or spending the gold on them. I will probably hit up some wod dungeons for a pair of bracers for my druid/rogue and the rings for my rogue might be nice.
Considering as well that tbc socket wrists for leather give dodge lol too bad we cant get boots as well from wod now.

My main concern is: How long till the WoD dungeon Trinks w/ FUll-proc becomes a meta of sorts?! Even with the PvP nerf, they're some of the best optinos!
Additionally... that double tert freak is VERY Intruiging. What are the cances og getting one of those though?

The gear tokens from Garrison missions are such a wasted resource for twink gearing. Wouldn't it be fantastic for us to be able to passively gear with them, other than selling, DE'ing or just destroying them?!

The garrison inn caches are ilvl 25. So far just 0/9 on terts with 1 warforged since the most recent patch but I've done these 100's of times because reasons. Can pick up 3 quests/day. If your Inn only has 1 quest, join someone elses' garrison, drop group, and your own garrison NPC's refresh for additional daily(s).
As far as everyone getting double terts and sockets... #)*(&#$ your luck. I'm like 0/640. Mostly trying to get a 2/2/2/2 warforged cloak and bracer on my lvl 10.

I've looted almost 200+ items at this point.
Only had one double tert, three or four warforge+socket, and a dozen or so regular terts / regular warforged.
Sample size atm is still waaaay too small to give you a rough percentage, but I believe that it's rather fair to say that double Tert is going to be so rare that there's simply just not enough time to farm a full set of for most people who don't have the ability to spend at least 5 or 6 hours a day in WoD dungeons.
I'm going to TRY to farm at least ONE usable plate item with double tert (x2 leech, x2 speed or speed/leech) and then report back how long it took me.
To be fair it has only been like, two days, so perhaps it might end up being just as rare as something like farming a Destiny or a Night/Dusk Blade after all, but I doubt it.
...then there's also the issue of it possibly getting removed, fixed, nerfed, normalized and possibly even whacked if this is indeed an unintended change that Blizzard made, which I am not sure of since it HAS already been reported multiple times by endgame players who looted a double tert item, yet thus far nothing has been hotfixed (I think), so..
..As much as I'd love to be the guy who ushered in a new Meta; No, it won't be one any time soon. Or quite possibly ever.
