EU+US A New 29's Coordinator in need!

I think almond should be horde one tbh, am not joking, when 29s Qs went rip cus of patch he was one of the only Who helped me try to keep bracket alive With small wargames that didnt last long saldy, then i gave up but he was still trying to keep the bracket alive, glitch Qing and making a 29 community i actually see it as respect cus he didnt care What People said he Just wanted to play His 29 boomy, thats all, and he did it, People also roasted him because he losses wsg With His 29s, but he didnt care and more important, didnt made salty threads like most People in this bracket do, i dont even care of the copyright about almond and His jajas(militrav and His jajas), i later understood was a sign of respect. And i Know almond for a While and he is not an ego dude or a dick as most 29 big names.
Most important fact is he is active a lot and he loves bracket, i even see him Qing nowadays With highmountain alts, so he can keep up With playing the bracket. You dont need someone that is Good or thinks he is Good, you need someone Who cares about the bracket, and that Will use any tool he has to keep bracket alive.
With a Good coordinador 29s Would be like 59s,at least night wargames, cus i Know 29s population 10 times bigger than 59s. Cheers to 59s for doing What a bad 29 coordinador couldnt do.

Wargames at 29 only lasted a couple of nights and @Plants / @Visual did most of the coordinating. I’m always up for some games if anybody ever gets the ball rolling, I miss playing with everyone. Like Valo said, most of us are holding off on the game entirely until classic.

I was chosen because i asked if i could have it. Me Plants Triton and Sail were doing shit for months as 29s. Encouraging everyone to play and get back into them. You guys remember all the shit from when xp-off/xp-on change happened but nothing prior and thats the only bullshit i ever read from any of you. Part of the reason i resigned lmao. Everyone has their own sides to their own stories and when ayden plants and his friend group wanted to go spread rumors they made me look like a bad guy. I gave everybody multiple points of hard evidence why ayden didnt get his cash prize, still everyone thinks i ran a scammed tournament or some shit. When it was me putting all my time, effort and gold into the tournament to have one person sign up. Then act like he won it. With 0 games played. It was all that shit that just led me to understand how much like children you guys act. Its mind blowing and I decided to slowly and slowly distance myself from the drama.

The seperation of xp-off/xp-on is when a coordinator mattered most.
You had a huge pool of players and you managed to do nothing with them.
I understand the other struggling brackets but 29s had a bigger shot to stay alive more than any other bracket.
Maybe its not your fault, the core fundamental of a 29 is to faceroll levelers or 20s. So naturally they would quit or reroll to veteran.

most of the 20s around these days are just the people that were 29 a few months ago and they havent had wargames since Syria was peaceful.

Unpopular opinion: random BG ques games with a handful of twinks on each side are way more fun than any wargame I've ever played.

Super serious wargames suck shit just as much as steamroll leveler games.

Personally I think your biggest mistake was putting such a huge focus on arenas and not giving two squats about bgs or anything else. Most twinks dont rly care for competitive arena if they did theyd play end game

Afaik I was the only one trying to make 29 wargames happen with the help of a few others, namely Visual/Nipflick/Irratigank and you, Dimitri. Almond did play in some though, and though I haven't spoken with him a ton I'd agree that he's a pretty down to earth guy.

I've also been the person doing most of the "coordinating" 59s for the last few months, of course with the help of a great community, but those games have stopped happening as I've decided to take a break in favor endgame.

Thanks for the recognition though, we had a really good thing going. I think @Rejuvenizer and others are working to make 85 games happen more frequently, and from what I've observed that bracket is insanely good. If you're still interested in twinking anything that isn't lvl 20, supporting community efforts like this is probably your best bet.
